Elements of Taste: A Food and Wine Pairing Experience

Enjoy an evening where Kent State and delicious food and wine intersect. This is an exclusive opportunity to learn the basics of food and wine pairings under the guidance of Kent State Hospitality Management professor and chef Andrew Eith.
At this intimate event, you will get a taste of what it’s like to be one of Chef Eith’s students as you complete a taste and flavor experiment that will put you in touch with sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami flavors.
Following the instructional tasting portion, you will have the opportunity to put what you’ve learned to the test while you enjoy five small plates and desserts with wine to accompany each dish.
Tickets are $50 each with $15 of each ticket supporting scholarships for hospitality management students. Must be 21+ to attend. Limited spots are available, so get your tickets today!
