Step 1. Log into FlashLine from http://www.kent.edu
Please type in the Search Box (found at the top) : Restrict Information
(if not found move to Step 2)
For Faculty and Staff:
Step 2. Under Employee Resources, select My Earnings & Benefit Elections
Step 3. Select Employee Access - Main Menu: click Personal Information
Step 4. Choose the appropriate update link for the information you need to change.
Step 5. Make the update on that screen and save your changes.
For Students:
Step 2.
Step 3. Select Student Request Form
Step 4. Select Restrict Directory Information Form
Step 5. Make the update on that screen and save your changes.
NOTE: This restriction will be effective within one business day of its submission and will remain in effect until you submit a notification to remove the restriction.
