Job Description : Provide leadership and contribute to development of Department’s strategic direction and annual business plans for complex campus-wide collegiate recreation program, policies, and procedures consistent with overall business objectives of the University and National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) guidelines, and proper operation of recreational facilities, programs, and functions. Manage and administer policies and programs to promote wellness programs to students and plan specific activities aimed at improving students’ health, wellbeing, and fitness. Contribute to development and management of Department’s budgets and monitor to identify and address divergences promptly. Direct recreational staff, programs, and functions, including intramural sports, club sports, community programs, facilities management, facilities safety and security, program assessment, educational outreach, and other related programs.
