Greetings Golden Flash families! The Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center (formerly the One Stop for Student Services) assists students and families with questions regarding their financial aid and scholarships, billing and payment, student records and enrollment verifications, as well as financial wellness.
We understand how important it is for many parents and advocates to help their student during the college experience. Visit our Parents & Advocates page to read information about parent and family access to your student's account information via FERPA, KSUView and Authorized User. Your student will need to set up your access permissions in and to allow you to view and ask us about their student account information.
We recommend visiting the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center's How-To Videos page for easy access to short instructional videos and important information.
