- How we as educators and support staff help create a path to student success.
- Defines what "musts" we will provide to support student learning and success
- Relies on the voice of students and the entire university community to frame decision-making on the desired future.
- Stems from a values-integrated collaborative process that clarifies what's important as we continue to face challenges and opportunities.
