9/26- Williams Hall/ISB Construction Updates

Work in Progress

  • Continue the work of water proofing mud mat on the east side of the building, lines 14 to 17.
  • Continue framing roof work at east side of the building, and roofing work on the penthouse.
  • Continue curtain wall installation at the northeast side.
  • Continue backfilling for slab on grade from line 7 to 17.
  • Continue pre cast and brick work along A line.
  • Continue brick work along line 17, from B to G.
  • Continue miscellaneous detailing work.
  • Start Hydraulic slab on the east side, lines 14 to 17.
  • Start retaining wall along line 8.
  • Finalize concrete work for stair #3.

Looking Forward

  • Continue pre cast and brick work along line 17, from B to G.
  • Pour retaining wall along line 8.
  • Pour Hydraulic slab on the east side of the building, lines 14 to 17.
  • Start installation of the CMU in penthouse.
  • Start backfilling for slab on grade, east side of the building, lines 14 to 17.
  • Finalize pre cast and brick work along line A.

  • Piping work for steam station in mechanical room is in progress.
  • Continue ductwork installation on the east side of the building, 1st floor and 2nd floor from lines 1 to 17.
  • Continue plumbing work for W3.
  • Continue electric rough installation in basement.
  • Continue final painting concrete.
  • Start tapping drywall for W3.
  • Installation of steel for exhaust fans on roof for W3 has begun.
  • Finalize concrete repair work.

Looking Forward

  • Start fireproofing in penthouse and 2nd floor on the east side of the building.
