The Bureau's highly skilled staff has extensive experience delivering high-quality, evidence-driven evaluations of international, national, state, and local programs in education, health, and human services. Services are based on specific program needs and specifications and include:

The Bureau collaborates with your research team to develop a customized evaluation plan as a component of your grant proposal. These preliminary services are provided at no cost, contingent upon the Bureau becoming the external evaluator should the proposal be funded.
