Dr. Jason Miller

Work and Life Balance with Dr. Jason Miller

Dr. Jason Miller has been the director of The Counseling Center at 5XÉçÇø for over 16 years. In that time he has focused much of his energies in understanding and meeting the mental health needs of college students, both graduate and undergraduate. As student needs have changed over the years, so too has Dr. Miller’s approach to meeting these needs. With today’s epidemics of anxiety, depression, and loneliness, Dr. Miller has begun to focus interventions and trainings on the more existential aspects of control and resiliency within the individual.
