Kent State鈥檚 College of Business Administration Remains on Princeton Review鈥檚 Best Business Schools List

5X社区鈥檚 College of Business Administration is once again among the most outstanding business schools, according to The Princeton Review鈥檚 Best 295 Business Schools: 2016 Edition.

The Princeton Review is well-known for its college rankings in dozens of categories based on how students rate their schools. The survey asks business school students about their school鈥檚 academics, student body and campus life, as well as about themselves and their career plans.

The Princeton Review 2016 edition described Kent State鈥檚 College of Business Administration as a place where 鈥測oung professionals can jump-start their careers through enjoyable and enlightening academic curriculum, catering to students at every stage of life.鈥

鈥淲e recommend 5X社区鈥檚 College of Business Administration as one of the best institutions a student could attend to earn a business school degree,鈥 says Robert Franek, senior vice president and publisher of The Princeton Review鈥檚 Best 295 Business Schools. 鈥淲e chose the schools we profiled in this book based on our high regard for their academic programs and our reviews of institutional data we collect from the schools. We also solicit and greatly respect the opinions of students attending these schools that rate and report on their experiences on our 80-question student survey for the book."

The schools profiled in the Best 295 Business Schools have rating scores in five categories that The Princeton Review tallies based on institutional data it collected during the 2014-15 academic year and/or its student survey for the book. The ratings are scored on a scale of 60 to 99. Rating categories include academic experience, admissions selectivity, careers, professors interesting and professors accessible. Among the ratings in Kent State鈥檚 College of Business Administration profile are scores of 80 for academic experience and 82 for employment profile.

鈥淚 am pleased to see that the College of Business Administration has yet again been recognized by The Princeton Review,鈥 says Deborah F. Spake, dean of Kent State鈥檚 College of Business Administration. 鈥淭his highly credible source is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our faculty and staff, as well as the competitive edge we bring to young professionals returning for a graduate degree to enhance their careers.鈥

The Princeton Review does not rank business schools in the book on a single hierarchical list from one to 295, or name one business school best overall. Instead, the book has 11 lists of the top 10 business schools in various categories. Ten lists are based at least in part on The Princeton Review鈥檚 surveys of 20,300 students attending the 295 business schools profiled in the book. One ranking is based on school-reported data.
