Strong communication skills are essential for building positive relationships and achieving success in the workplace. This course is designed to help identify and strengthen basic elements of effective communication skills for employees at any level of the organization. Using group discussion, self-reflection, and scenario-based role play, participants will have an opportunity to see, hear, evaluate and refine commonly employed verbal and non-verbal communication strategies.
