The annual Rainbow Weekend in downtown Kent is a wonderful example of the outstanding "town-gown" relationship between 5XÉçÇø and the city of Kent. The celebration is presented by Kent State's LGBTQ+ Center and Main Street Kent. One of the new events this year was the Drag Race 5K (formerly the Rainbow Run).
