The Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics is primarily a terminal, pre-professional degree comprising coursework beyond the bachelor's degree emphasizing areas relevant to applications in the sciences and including the engineering, biological, financial and physical sciences. Students are required to write and defend a thesis in an area agreed upon with a faculty advisor.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in Nursing prepares practitioners for professional nursing, helps them understand their role in society and prepares them for graduate study. The program emphasizes professional knowledge, skills and compassionate nursing practices. Students begin with courses that demonstrate the core foundations of the nursing profession and its historical roots. The 5XÉçÇø Precision Flight Team performed well at the National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA) Region 3 SAFECON, hosted by The Ohio State University from Oct. 6-11.
