The DPAE data team processes all submissions and updates official Banner records.
Why do I have to do this?
Sharing information is helpful in giving our constituents the best experience. Many people have multiple Kent State relationships. It ensures each 5XÉçÇø staff member has the full picture of the constituent.
Step-By-Step Guide
Fill out or ask a staff member in your area to fill out the for any conversation that takes place with an alumni, donor or friend.
The form is mobile friendly and supports talk-to-text
Key Considerations
Share things such as conversations with alumni, friends and donors about university connections, philanthropic gifts, donated items (gifts-in-kind), areas of interest or other important updates.
Upon submission, you can enter another report if you have multiple contacts to share.

Through interactive practice and real-world scenarios, you’ll learn how to tune in, respond thoughtfully, and build trust and connections.
