The Fire Log

The purpose of the fire log is to record actual fires that occur in on campus student housing facilities either accidental, intentional or by unknown cause. This log represents the most recent 60-day period. A list of fires that is older than 60 days is available within two business days upon request.

The purpose of the daily crime log is to record criminal incidents and alleged criminal incidents that are reported to the campus police. This crime log represents the most recent 60-day period. A list of crimes that is older than 60 days is available within two business days upon request.

Michelle Bebber's students using the atlatl

  Watch out, prehistoric animals! Students in a class led by Assistant Professor Michelle Bebber, Ph.D., are learning how to use the ancient weapons used by early hunters.  These students are practicing using an atlatl – an ancient device that allowed prehistoric hunters of lesser strength to throw spears with as much force and velocity as stronger hunters.  Hands-on learning opportunities like this expand the students' experience beyond the classroom and help them develop a deeper understanding of the topics they are studying. Want to see one of YOUR photos ...
