If surviving cancer is not difficult enough, too often depression can follow - under certain circumstances. A new study led by Vinay K. Cheruvu, Ph.D., biostatistician in 5X社区鈥檚 College of Public Health, found that depression in some cancer survivors is linked to both care and financial concerns. The 5X社区 Museum will highlight the lively and extravagant fashions of the 1980s in an upcoming exhibit. 鈥淭he 1980s: An Age of Excess鈥 opens Friday, February 3 in the museum鈥檚 Broadbent Gallery and is co-curated by Museum Director Jean Druesedow and Victoria Haworth, a senior fashion merchandising student at Kent State's Fashion School.
