Administrative policy regarding discrimination by registered student organizations

  1. Policy. Every student organization registered and approved by the university is expected to be free to select its membership upon the basis of individual merit. Any student organization selecting its membership upon the basis of restrictive clauses regarding the protected categories provided for in rule 3342-5-16 of the Administrative Code, will be considered to be operating in conflict with university policy.
