Bartz, president and CEO of State and Federal Communications, has provided a $30,000 endowment to 5X社区 at Trumbull, in Warren, Ohio, to provide scholarships for graduating seniors from Howland High School. The 10th annual Barbara Donaho Distinguished Leadership in Learning Awards Ceremony was held recently at the Kent Student Center Ballroom. 5X社区鈥檚 College of Nursing hosted the diamond anniversary celebration with nearly 200 people in attendance, including award recipients, guests, faculty and staff. When Don King, a part-time faculty member in Kent State's School of Art, goes into the woods for a walk, his eyes are trained to see much more than the average hiker.  "I was watching a TV show where a couple of chefs went out into the woods and brought back a huge basket of mushrooms and started cooking them, and that really got me hooked," King told David Moss of FOX8 News. Working on the steam pipe relocation on the second floor. Plumbing isolation valve replacement is complete throughout building. Fire suppression is about 90% complete. Exterior face brick and caps are complete. Flooring demolished in the lecture halls and the ceiling protection is in place in the planetarium.
