This summer, Sophia traveled to Japan on the Journey to Japan: Past and Present faculty-led program. Sophia is a Communications major with a minor in Japanese language, and she spent eleven days exploring the history of Japan in three of the country’s major cities: Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
