Biography
Mark is an enrollment management professional with over 28 years of experience at Kent State. He leads the Enrollment Management, Research and Analytics department, which provides support for the division through research and critical analysis of the University鈥檚 new student enrollment trends. Mark鈥檚 areas of expertise include CRM development and management, new student recruitment and data analysis. Mark has presented at numerous state and national conferences including NACAC, OACAC, ACT Enrollment Planners and Hobson University.
