Rich provides oversight of the recruitment areas within the Admissions Office to include leadership and strategic management of the university's recruitment operations, events, and campus visits. Directly supervising a team of five assistant/associate directors and a team of twenty professionals, Rich leads undergraduate, transfer, and graduate recruitment functions within the Admissions Office. As a strategic leader within the Admissions Office, Rich develops and drives annual recruitment plans for new freshman, transfer, and graduate cohorts that are in alignment with overall university enrollment goals. 

Rich earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in geography at Auburn University and his Master of Arts in Geography from Ohio University.
