Players Guild Theatre is Now Resident Theatre Company at Kent State Stark

5X社区 at Stark is the new home to the Players Guild Theatre, now the resident theater company on campus. In October, the Players Guild held its inaugural production, 鈥淢illion Dollar Quartet鈥, at The Mary J. Timken Theatre in the Fine Arts Building.

Garden Project Ribbon Cutting to Take Place this Summer

Erin Brockovich, the brash legal clerk turned environmental powerhouse, kicked off the 31st annual Featured Speakers Series at 5X社区 at Stark in September. Brockovich met with students in the campus鈥 Environmental Studies program and spoke about her experiences鈥

Kent State Students Study Sustainable Gardening for Poverty Reduction in Mexico

5X社区 partnered with Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City for an international, cross-cultural exchange for students to study how sustainable gardening projects aid immigrant populations.
