The Office of Gender Equity and Title IX have assembled a variety of learning experiences to educate faculty, staff and students about response, prevention, recovery, and resource components associated with gender/sexual discrimination and harassment.

This is the foundational workshop for understanding accessibility at Kent State. We'll dismantle mistaken assumptions about disability and accessibility and explore the experiences of our students with disabilities.

This workshop covers Microsoft Word Basics; how to edit text, insert graphics, page numbers and hyperlinks. We will also compare the downloaded version of MS Word to MS World Online and Google Docs.

This workshop picks up where the Microsoft Word Basics workshop leaves off, covering more advanced topics like working with Styles and Mail Merge.

This workshop is presented in a hybrid format: in person in the TechHelp Training Room, Library 152, as well as via Teams meeting.

Q'ommunity is one of two social groups hosted bi-weekly by the LGBTQ+ Center as an informal space for students to connect and talk about things that are important to you. This group is open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

This two-and-a-half hour program covers the basics of indoor climbing including equipment, bouldering, top rope climbing, and belaying with an ATC and Gri-gri device.
