Building Maintenance
Zone Maintenance Services
Building Maintenance is comprised of four (4) Zones, dividing the campus into quadrants, with strategically placed maintenance shops within each Zone. [University Zone Map coming soon]. The Maintenance Repair Workers, Maintenance Facility Worker, and Plumber in each Zone are the first responders to work orders and customer inquiries. The Zones have a wide variety of skills and expertise that allow them to troubleshoot and repair many types of mechanical equipment, building components, and building structures.
Building Maintenance also manages the elevator contract for the entire campus.
