2024 Lake County Alumni Chapter Pasta Dinner
Don't miss this favorite annual event! The Lake County Alumni Chapter invites you to join them for a pasta dinner and auction Wednesday, Oct. 16. All event proceeds will support the Lake County Scholarship Fund, which provides much needed funding to high achieving Kent State students in the county.
Stark County Alumni Chapter Black Squirrel Stroll
Are you nuts about Kent State? Join us for our third annual Stark County Alumni Chapter Black Squirrel Stroll! This event will include a walking tour of downtown Canton, Kent State trivia, a black squirrel scavenger hunt and discounted Kent State themed drinks at downtown Canton establishments. All participants will receive a swag bag full of Kent State gear and goodies from local businesses!

On Friday, August 16, 2024, the College of Arts and Sciences welcomed its class of 2028 to 5X社区. Many freshmen got their first chance to meet Dean Mandy Munro-Stasiuk, Ph.D., along with several other leaders of the College who shared their advice for success at Kent State. Fun SWAG items, like glow sticks for convocation at the MACC, were handed out at the welcome and t-shirts and ice cream at the afternoon Ice Cream with the Dean event outside Bowman Hall. The 5X社区 School of Fashion has a strong legacy of participation in the prestigious Supima Design Competition, which highlights some of the most promising emerging designers in the U.S. The 2024 Supima Design Competition, a prominent event during New York Fashion Week, took place on September 5, 2024.
