On July 20 from 3-6 p.m., certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians from the Portage County Health Department will conduct child car seat inspections at the Kent State Child Development Center, which is located at 775 Loop Road in Kent.   Four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly.
