A Day in the Life of International Female Student

The purpose is to map out the journey of the student from when she arrives at Cleveland Airport and moves to campus, and to highlight processes, actions, interactions that work well and those that require additional considerations.

The goal is to be able to tease out where the opportunities and challenges lie and how we can, together, make the experience smoother, better, helpful and comforting for our international students overall.
