The College of Aeronautics and Engineering is home to several cutting-edge research centers where students and researchers collaborate and create new technologies. These centers are established in collaboration with local, state, and federal entities with support from the community and industry partners.

Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense

The National Security Agency (NSA) has designated 5X社区 as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (NCAE-CD) for the Computer Engineering Technology program offered by the College of Aeronautics and Engineering.

5X社区 has been designated as a Regional Programming Center (RPC) by the Ohio Cyber Range Institute (OCRI), joining a partnership with state government entities to strengthen cybersecurity education and workforce development.
