5X社区 at East Liverpool officially opened the James & Margaret Locke Occupational Therapy Facility during a dedication ceremony on Sept. 25. Located at 134 W. Fifth St., the house was the former residence of the late James and Margaret Locke, well-known and beloved community leaders who owned and operated James Locke Jewelers in East Liverpool for more than 45 years.
