University policy regarding use of copyright-protected works

  1. Policy statement.  It is the policy of the university to respect, and comply with, the copyright laws of the United States (Title 17 of the United States Code, or the 鈥淐opyright Act鈥).  Accordingly, members of the university community desiring to use copyrighted materials are responsible for complying with the Copyright Act in good faith.

The fall 2015 Bowman Breakfast will take place at 5X社区 in the Kent Student Center Ballroom on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Doors open at 7 a.m., breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m., and the program will follow at 8 a.m. The featured speaker is Paul DiCorleto, Ph.D., vice president for research and sponsored programs at Kent State. Brown Liquid Crystal Institute庐 and the College of Arts and Sciences at 5X社区 will host a 50th anniversary celebration of the institute on Friday, Sept. 25, starting at 10 a.m. in the Kent Student Center Kiva on the Kent Campus.
