New Name
Our new name – Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center – paints a better picture of the services we provide. If you or the students you work with have questions related to financial aid, billing or enrollment at Kent State, we've got you covered.
New Website
Our new website is live! This is the home for all financial, billing and enrollment information. One place, everything students need – easy as 1, 2, 3.
New Chatbot
Our new AI-powered chatbot is live nearly one month ahead of schedule! This chatbot will allow students to ask questions and receive instantaneous answers, day or night.
New Location
This fall, we are relocating to the second floor of the library. The new, modern space will offer more room for events, hands-on learning opportunities, and privacy for appointments.
