The Division of People, Culture, and Belonging is excited to announce the conversion to PageUp’s Performance Management System. This innovative system will enhance our commitment to continuous improvement and staff development. It represents a significant step forward in how we recognize and value our employees.
Why PageUp?
Having an easy-to-use system that encourages feedback and prioritizes staff development will help us drive efficiency, foster innovation and uphold the highest quality benchmarks.
Key features of the new evaluation program
- Provides tools for on-going performance feedback between supervisors and employees through the ability to journal, comment, and upload files.
- Provides a dedicated space for supervisors and employees to discuss progress toward performance goals, identify strengths, collaboratively address areas for development, and establish career development goals.
- Generates system emails to employees, supervisors, and reviewers as they move through the steps in the performance cycle.
- Integrates with Banner to automate employee – manager reporting relationships instead of manual entry.
- Integrates with the university’s applicant tracking system.
- Offers a web-based platform accessible from any device. PageUp also has an application so employees and supervisors can update performance objectives or provide feedback via a smart phone.
Next Steps
We will roll out the new evaluation system in phases, hoping to complete it by the end of the year. To maximize the benefits of the new system, we will provide comprehensive training and support.
Employees may retrieve self-evaluations, performance evaluations and information stored in the performance logs in the current system. This typically involves a few key steps. Training aids are available on our Performance Evaluations website.
We are excited about the possibilities this new program offers and look forward to its positive impact on our organization. Thank you for your continued support as we strive to achieve new heights together!
