Kent State Youth Winds Make Debut with Guest Conductor Anthony Maiello
Announced as a new ensemble earlier this year, the inaugural class of the Kent State Youth Winds make their debut Saturday, Nov. 6 under the baton of guest conductor Anthony Maiello. The concert is part of the 5X社区 Glauser School of Music鈥檚 annual Wind Band Conductor鈥檚 Symposium beginning Nov. 5 and running through Nov. 7.
5X社区 Orchestra Celebrates Halloween with Family-Friendly Concert
Come dressed in your Halloween best for the 5X社区 Orchestra鈥檚 Oct. 31, 3 p.m. concert. The members of the orchestra will be decked out in costume, performing spooky, family-friendly favorites. Candy will be handed out at the end of the performance to kick off Kent city鈥檚 official trick-or-treat that night.
