Flu Shot Clinics Still Available

Employees enrolled in one of the university-sponsored group health plans through Medical Mutual or Anthem are eligible for a free flu shot. You must bring your insurance ID card with you to the clinic. If you are not covered by one of the university’s group health plans, you can still participate for $30 (check payable to 5XÉçÇø).

The following clinics are available. Registration is required.

To streamline the process, please download your and Flu Vaccine Insurance Billing form from the Benefits and Wellness website at www.kent.edu/hr/benefits/flu-shot-clinics prior to your appointment.

The flu shot clinics are open to all Kent State students, faculty, staff and dependents. For questions regarding the flu vaccine clinics, contact University Health Services at 330-672-2322.
