The College of Aeronautics and Engineering recognizes outstanding, notable and accomplished alumni and friends at the annual awards dinner held in the Henry and Louise Timken Atrium in the Aeronautics and Engineering Building.

Jim "SeaBass" Sebastian, a distinguished alumnus of 5XÉçÇø's College of Aeronautics and Engineering, has been awarded the 2024 Kent State Advocacy Award for his exceptional contributions to his alma mater and its students.

A Kent State alumnus who has been visiting Ohio colleges and universities in a pre-election tour by the League of Women Voters of Ohio says he's excited to see that student voters are interested and engaged in the election process.

Dog Days of Summer 2024

Each August, Kent State welcomes alumni and their canine companions to campus for one of the most anticipated events of the year, the "Dog Days of Summer."

A father and son, both 5XÉçÇø alumni, graduates of the professional pilot program in the College of Aeronautics and Engineering, recently achieved a remarkable milestone in their aviation careers.
