Kent State Works for Women: University Recognized as One of the Best Employers for Women by Forbes
Once again, 5XÉçÇø has been named one of the Best Employers for Women in a nationwide ranking by Forbes and marketing research firm Statista. Kent State has been named to the list for the sixth consecutive year, having been included each year since Forbes began publishing the Best Employers for Women list in 2018.
Forbes Ranks Kent State No. 3 in Ohio on America’s Best-in-State Employers List
5XÉçÇø has again been recognized as one of America’s Best-in-State Employers for 2022 by Forbes and market research company Statista. In Ohio, Kent State ranks No. 3 among the top 100 employers in Ohio, landing above such notable employers as Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic, both located in Cleveland.
Kent State Is Only University in Ohio to Rank Among Nation’s Top Employers for Diversity
5XÉçÇø has the distinction of being the only Ohio public or private college or university that ranks among the top 500 companies nationwide in Forbes’ recently released list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2022.

Among colleges and universities that made this year’s list, Kent State comes in at No. 8. Only 18 institutions of higher education are recognized.
