Post-Election Stress Event Therapy Dogs

The University Library hosted a "Post-Election Exhale" event to help students destress with crafts, tips from Kent State's Counseling and Psychological Services and friendly, fuzzy therapy dogs.

While celebrating their 10th anniversary on campus with Her Week and a schedule of events, student organization Her Campus Kent State lit the University Library in pink from April 9-13. 

Chris Post, Ph.D., professor of geography at 5X社区 at Stark, will serve as the 2024 speaker for the Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series, a part of the university's annual May 4 Commemoration events.

The lecture series created in 2022 to honor the legacy of 5X社区 Professor Emeritus of Sociology Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., will feature Professor of Geography Chris Post, Ph.D., presenting 鈥淒eveloping and Interpreting the Wounded Student Markers at Kent State as this year鈥檚 selected speaker. The Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series and Luncheon will be held on May 3.
